Framework Sets New a Benchmark for Creating 3D Scenes from 2D Images

Researchers at SCS have created a new three-dimensional (3D) acceleration framework that instantly transforms flat, two-dimensional photos into immersive 3D images.

The paper based on their research won the best paper award at the 2024 IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Microarchitecture (MICRO).
