UX: Hum User Experience Research at Verizon Connect

User Experience (UX) researchers are tasked with understanding what users think, what users feel, and how users act. These types of insights are integral to designing and building solutions that truly serve users’ needs. This talk will discuss some of the fundamentals of UX research, as well as how Verizon Connect and the Hum team use UX research to create and innovate.

 

Connected Vehicle Technology - "Common Device Gateway" 

At Verizon Connect, our mission is to power intelligent connections among people and vehicles through innovative products and services. In this talk, we will demystify our "Common Device Gateway", a key enabling platform in our connected vehicle technology stack.
