A Wireless System That Works When Disasters Hit

Santosh Vempala (Computer Science) has come up with a new software known as LifeNet that allows people to communicate after disasters even if other communication networks are down. Once installed, LifeNet acts both as host and router, allowing users  to communicate and share data. Source: MSN
